ReplyDeleteJudging by the amount of ice cream you have consumed on this quest, I think I can safely assume you are not lactose intolerant. And, if you are, you clearly hate yourself. I'm actually beginning to think ice cream may be the secret to your cycling success! In fact, I think I'll get a pint now and test this theory on my commute tomorrow. I'll let you know the results.
